Refund And Returns Policy

If the product you have ordered is not the right size, you can exchange the item for a different size or choose an alternate item of the same value or higher from the initial purchase. Please note that the product can be exchanged only once and within 1 week of your order delivery.

To validate the exchange, the product must be in the original condition with the invoice   and tags intact. Please note that we will NOT accept the exchange of products that have been laundered or customer damaged and products that were purchased on sale.

Please allow up to 5 working days for exchanges to be reviewed and processed once we receive them.

Unfortunately, we do not have a refund policy at the moment.
